What the diagnosis measures
Your internal control score (0–10) over the daily flow between operators, tools and equipment:
- 0–2 · High manual dependency — operations rely on people, paper and schedules.
- 3–6 · Partial control — already-digitised processes coexist with others still done manually.
- 7–10 · Under control — internal flow automated and traceable end to end.
What it detects
Time lost at shift start and searching for tools, no clear control over who holds each piece of equipment, handovers that depend on manual coordination, losses with no one accountable, stoppages from equipment unavailability, insufficient traceability for audits, and bottlenecks in internal goods reception.
