On the other hand, in the case of company B, we observe that the person who has placed an order goes to the store to pick it up.

Contrary to company A, these customers would be contributing to longer queues in the store, more work, less personalized treatment by the store workers due to lack of time, etc.

We can see that in this case, without a collection point, all subjects lose out and it makes good store management more difficult (especially on dates such as Black Friday, Christmas campaigns, etc.).
